Due to the nature of consumable products (food items), we do not accept returns unless the item:

  • Arrived damaged,
  • Was defective, or
  • Was incorrect.

Requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include photos as proof.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for a refund or replacement.
